| Egypt singer jailed for 'inciting debauchery' in music video A court in Egypt has reportedly jailed for two years a singer who appeared in a music video in her underwear while suggestively eating a banana. Shaimaa Ahmed, a 25-year-old known professionally as Shyma, was arrested last month after the video sparked outrage in the conservative country.

| Do the honourable thing Richard Yesterday, I wrote in my blog about how BA chief Willie Walsh publicly bet me that the Virgin Atlantic brand would disappear within five years. I disagreed and suggested if he was proved wrong he should pay £1m to our employees – he responded by saying the loser should accept a knee in the groin.
