How to Format your Blogger Template

  1. Your can format your blog on blogger.com as long as you wish to make it nicer and prettier to you. I will share the different steps on how to do it.

    Step1

Log in to your blogger.com and click on"dashboard" button found at the right top of the page ,choose "layout" found below on your blog title or blog name.

  2. Step2

From the "layout" page click on "edit HTML" button and use Ctrl-F keyboard command, and type "#main-wrapper" in the the text box. Next, you will see something like this
    width:500px;
    float$startside;

  3. Step3

You can change the format number to whatever number you want. But be sure to do a backup first to your template just in case you screw up. You have an option to download a copy of your template on your computer drive. Because if ever you don't like the way it comes out, you can upload your old template again.

  4. Step4

On the default code template, you will see a regular HTML and CSS with lots of custom tags also that can make it compatible with drag-and-drop layout editor as well as the font and color picker. If you would like to have changes on your code - On the option "Expand Widget templates" By default, every page element is shown in the code as a single line plane placeholder, whose option can be set in the graphical interface on the page element. The code is simply at first but you could have more control on the second way, so be wise in which option you prefer to do.

  5. Step5

At the bottom of the page, you can see three buttons there the Clear Edits, Preview and Save Template that you can use on working your template.

  6. Step6

Also, there is a different way in working your link, there is called View link, it will show you the code if you want to check or copy a part of it for your new design and the second is Revert link, it will erase all the customizations you have made in the layouts feature and set your blog to use the old style Blogger template again, In this Case you can't use the graphical Layouts interface in this mode, but you can convert it back to layout by then later.

How to Make Money Writing Now While Building Residual Income

There have never been as many write at home opportunities as there are now. Websites abound that offer freelance writers the opportunity to write everyday and get paid within days. But there are two ways to get paid: you can work for sites that pay upfront or you can work for websites that pay residuals.

Upfront websites pay you a lump sum. Then you never make money off that article again. This is great if you need money right now.

Residual income simply means that you write articles now but don't get paid right away. Instead, you are paid according to how many people view your article and click on the ads surrounding it. This means you don't get paid upfront. It's definitely not a way to make fast money. But you will continue to make money from your article months and years from now.

Building residual income sources will ensure that you are still making money even on the days when you don't--or can't-write. The earning potential is almost always greater over the long term from writing for residual earnings. Write enough of these articles and you will be earning lots of money every month. But if you need money now, which way of writing online is best? After research I have concluded that the best way to make money writing online is to use my method of combining both types of online writing.

Begin writing 80% of the time for upfront payment websites and 20% of the time for residual payment websites. Over time you will gradually build your residual income stream and need to rely less and less on upfront articles to generate income. So that percentage will gradually reverse itself over time. After a year, you will be writing 80%-100% of the time for residual payment websites and 0-20% of the time for upfront websites.
  1. Step1

Decide how much time you have to write each day and make a writing schedule. Schedule blocks of time for writing for residual income sources and for writing for upfront websites.

  2. Step2

Use writing websites that pay upfront to generate income right now. In the beginning, you will not have enough residual income sources to earn enough money right now to pay for current expenses. So the majority of your writing will be for those writing websites that pay upfront. But these websites only pay you when you are writing. Your eventual goal will be to build up residual income articles that pay you even while you sleep, eliminating your dependence on upfront websites to earn money. So for now, most of your writing, about 80%, will be for upfront websites so you have a stream of income while you are building your residual income sources.

  3. Step3

As the months pass, your residual income stream will be building slowly. As articles mature, they will begin generating more page views and more income. During this time, you will also be building backlins to your articles and some niche websites to drive further traffic to your articles. You will need to rely less and less on upfront websites to pay you, so you will shift to 50% upfront-50% residual.

  4. Step4

As the first year draws to a close, you will find your residual income sources bringing in enough money that you can start concentrating on writing residual articles almost exclusively, freeing up more of your time and maximizing your writing earnings over time.

How to Recognize When You Need Data Recovery

How to recognize when you need data recoveryData recovery is something that many people might know they need, but others might be unaware of needing for awhile. There are times when data recovery is obvious, but other times the need for data recovery might be more subtle. Recognizing when you need data recovery is important to ensuring that all of your important documents can be saved.
  1. Step1

Look for obvious signs like a computer crash. A computer crash is the most obvious time you will need data recovery. When your computer crashes, you lose information even after you've had the computer fixed. Fixing a computer only ensures that the computer is working, so if your computer has crashed, you should get data recovery done to ensure that all of your important data is available.

  2. Step2

Consider if you are missing information. Information that you cannot find might be a sign that you need data recovery. When you find that documents seem to be missing, it might be a case where you accidentally deleted something without realizing what it was or thinking it was something different. You can recover some data yourself, but if you find that you are unable to recover the data then you will need to get a data recovery company involved.

  3. Step3

Consider if you have rewritten your computer, even if it was by accident. Anytime that your computer has been rewritten. When you reformat a computer, you are rewriting in the information so that it is essentially in the same condition as when you bought the computer. In most cases, you'll have saved the information that is most important elsewhere, but if you missed something and then reformatted you computer, you might find that you need to get data recovery involved to regain that information.

  4. Step4

Be careful of damage to the computer. Damages to the computer can result in lost information, which can mean getting a data recovery company involved. While they might not be able to get all of the information, they can get anything that isn't damaged too much.

  5. Step5

Get data recovery when you cannot get all of the information you need from your computer. There are many situations where you might have lost data and if you do not have vital data, you might need data recovery.

  6. Step6

Make sure you don't have a virus. While a virus doesn't always completely get rid of data, especially if you catch it early, if it goes for too long even a data recovery company will not always be able to recover all of the information you lost.

How to Set Up a Wireless Network at Your Home

If you have several computers in your house, you probably want to set up a wireless network. By networking your computers, you can transfer files from one to another, share the same printer and even play games together. Setting up a wireless network in your home is easier than you may think.
  1. Step1

Check your computers to see if they already have wireless capabilities onboard. Many new models do, but older computers may not. Purchase one wireless router and a wireless network adapter for each computer that is not already wireless capable from a reputable store. You can buy an adapter that plugs into the back of the computer with a USB cable or a card that you install inside the computer. You can simplify the installation, by choosing a router and adapters from the same company.

  2. Step2

Install the wireless adapters onto the computers, following the instruction in the package.

  3. Step3

Unplug your modem from the wall and disconnect your computer from the modem. Connect the wireless router to the modem, so that the modem is between the router and your main internet source.

  4. Step4

Turn the modem on and give it some time to connect to the internet. Once the modem is connected, turn on your wireless router.

  5. Step5

Connect your computer to the modem using the network cable that came with it. Follow the directions that came with your router to configure the settings. You will need to choose a name, or SSID, and administrator password for your network. Make sure you enable network security so that people outside of your home can't get into your network.

  6. Step6

Unplug your computer from the router. Now you can connect other computers, printers and wireless enabled devices to the network. You can connect most computers by turning them on and selecting the icon for the wireless adapter you installed. When prompted, select the name of your network from the list of available networks and type in your password.
